  • Manual verification of charges
  • Delay in Invoicing period, Once in a month

  • Built an Inhouse platform from scratch to capture the revenue realtime
  • Added capability to raise invoice at any day any time.

Result:

  • As a result, system is capable to raise invoice same day when shipment is cleared through platform.

  • Fit gap analysis on current and expected functionality
  • Decentralize the complexity of onboarding process

Action:

  • Built self onboarding as well as Klearnow controlled onboarding portal
  • Questionnaire based self onboarding approach
  • Super admin login creations
  • Removal of tech debts
  • Validations provided by teams

Result:

  • Customer can onboard themselves, no involvement of customer success team needed
  • Customer success team can also onboard customers
  • 10 questions and that completes onboarding
  • Customer can be onboarded within 5 minutes

  •  The customer needed a reliable supplier for high-quality guacamole to expand their dip product line.
    We launched an RFP on our sourcing platform targeting suppliers with strong capacity, food safety compliance, and competitive pricing.
    Qualified suppliers were onboarded, and an event was initiated to collect proposals with cost and capacity details.
    Constraints like supply regularity, demand fulfillment, and pricing were factored into proposal evaluations.
    Our platform ran optimization simulations using operations research techniques to balance cost vs. capacity.
    The final recommendation delivered optimal supplier selection with a projected cost saving of $45K.

  •  We lacked a system to manage goods in bonded warehouses causing customs delays and compliance risks.
    As Product Owner, I was tasked to build a module for bonded inventory tracking and customs clearance.
    I gathered stakeholder input, mapped clearance flows (full/partial), and defined system requirements.
    Designed workflows with automated BOE generation, duty deferment logic, and customs API integration.
    Launched a pilot with two FTZs, refined based on UAT, and ensured compliance with customs rules.
